S H I P P I N G

1. The Seller shall deliver the ordered Goods by courier through the Deliverer.

2. The Delivery through the Deliverer shall be carried out within the time frame indicated next to the item of your choice .

3. Fees for the delivery of Goods are fixed and are as follows:

3.0. Domestic delivery (UK) : Free Of Charge

3.1. International delivery to EU countries: £28 Flat Rate

3.3. International delivery outside EU: £38 Flat Rate

4. The Seller shall not be held liable for any shipment delay due to circumstances beyond their control, unless such liability arises under the provisions of law.

5. All deliveries are controlled by the Seller. If upon delivery, the tape is damaged indicating the interference of third parties, the Client shall refuse to accept such delivery.

6. The Client is liable for all tax and customs charges arising from the delivery of ordered Goods within the European Union, and outside the European Union.

All Shipments will arrive with Delivery Duty Unpaid, meaning that customs fees may apply to your order,

depending on the country of destination.

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y

Due to all of our items being made on a made-to-order basis

We Are Not Accepting Any Returns.

We are happy to exchange all items within 14 days of delivery (*unless mentioned otherwise), for items in their original condition that have not been worn,

altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached.

Where provided, belts and any packaging such as dust bags must also be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met.
